I play the ps5 tournaments in mut and I have lost about 30$ in madden cash because it kicks me out of the game saying that there is a de sync and that stats and the game will not be recorded. But when I get back into mut it says I lost. This has happened to me so many times
I have been having this issue for the last two or three months whenever I try and play MUT head-to-head I get a desync error. THEIR IT DEPARTMENT ABSOLUTELY SUCKS. THEY’VE OPENED UP MULTIPLE TICKETS AND CLOSED THEM AND NOT OFFERED ANY RESOLUTION AND I’M STILL SITTING THERE WITH A PRODUCT. I CAN’T FULLY USE. I’M BEYOND PISSED
