Madden 26: Ps5 tournament. $5

I made it to the finals thinking I was gonna win, I waiting for my opponent and he joins the last second, I have a good drive and he starts pausing the game for some reason.. then he paused again before I scored a TD then he glitched my game so I can't unpause or do anything but close my app which will give him the winnings and have him a fraud earning, if a EA support or someone help me please let me know
