Madden 26 Ultimate Team getting no XP

I’ve been doing challenges for several hours trying to level up before the new season arrives tomorrow. i’ve done a lot of challenges and have received no XP. I’m just trying to level up to get the XP token in the field pass. I even spent money to buy the premium field pass. anyway, I can get compensated or just receive my XP from all the challenges I’ve been doing.
