Made a purchase and got kicked out. Lost my pack

I bought an elite mini pack for 350 madden points. I get booted to main menu, log back in. They charged me but I don’t have a pack. Ridiculous. Who can help me resolve this because EA says go to forums for help trying to upload a video but this 75 mb this is **bleep** and can’t post a video
