People glitching the game in ranked

I’ve been running into players glitching the game and making the game desync and it counted as a loss in ranked and I’m honestly fed up like earlier today I played a guy who was losing badly and as soon as he can’t complete a pass on third down my game glitched out but I’m still connected to ea after the game and my WiFi was perfect but it counted as a loss can someone please get back to me if you can my email is mailto:[edit: email address removed] and not to mention I’ve also been running into some missing content from the events I played 😂😂
