Phantom Losses / MUT Squads Desyncs

I am fed up with the ongoing issues in MUT Squads. My friend and I cannot complete a single season without experiencing multiple desyncs that cause us to lose games or reset our progress.

Most recently, after winning a Wildcard game, I logged in the next day and the rewards screen showed “Veteran Season Complete,” giving me rewards for a game we never played. This also counted as a loss, affecting our progression.

We have spent time and money on MUT, and these phantom losses and constant desyncs are preventing us from enjoying the game or completing a season properly.

Please advise how to resolve this and ensure these phantom losses do not continue.
