Playing against cheater.

Has anyone encountered any players that will pause the game and after the game resumes you can’t pick any offensive plays? I just had this happen to me and I was eventually kicked for excessive grieving. Even after I paused the game myself they would call a timeout so my playcall screen would get frozen again.
