I appreciate the feedback, but surely one of you community managers has the ability or tools necessary to resolve this. I'm not to here argue, just a customer at the end of the day trying to get resolutions, having already waited more than 6 weeks is pretty disgusting. I'm not asking to refund me the thousands of dollars I've spent on your products and services, I'm literally just asking to return my account back to where it was!! Surely there is an understandable community manager or a TOS member that can properly resolve or fix issues for the greater good. I'm having to go through this channel as your main ea help channel I'm sorry to say is unfortunately absolutely useless.
