Rookie Premiers

I swear to God, I don't know how else to get the second one.  I legitimately earned 2 on Madden 25 only to get 1 in 26.  People dunk on me with them and I just want my second one to build my team around.  Help desk didn't help me for jack, I've put like 5 tickets in and they each game me a different answer each time.  TF do I do?
