Simple Fixes

Just fix DBs not playing the ball standing under it or near receivers, defenders not making tackles within a foot. And also change blocking to involve rating height and weight. DeSean Jackson for the life of me wouldn't of played very long having to block shazier every play. Need block shed and defensive ratings to matter, 96 block shed nose getting washed out like he's nothing.
