Solo seasons token BND Champion

Bumping this for a final time. I’ve tried going through EA Help (Case #245914228) and was sent here. I’ve tried tagging multiple community managers, and I’ve tried direct messaging. Still total radio silence.

My only mistake here was being patient and giving EA the benefit of the doubt to make this right back in February/March. Now the game cycle is wrapping up. I had 8 weeks of pure gameplay grind completely stolen because a pack didn't deliver what it advertised (promised 1 of 10, delivered 1 of 4). I can’t get that time back.

On principle alone, as a dedicated player who has supported this game through the grind and spent thousands of dollars over the last two years, I won't be moving on to Madden 27 if a documented server error with undeniable photographic proof is just going to be swept under the rug.

My main account is on Xbox (Xbox Gamertag: RadioHead#5396 & EA/Madden Gamertag: RadioHead5396). I’m just looking for someone with the authority to look at the receipts, skip the loop, and manually grant the missing selections. If a community manager can't escalate this, please let me know so I can take the next steps outside the forum.

Could I get some eyes on this? A community manager with a response? This isn't right, I've just been ignored here.

Really would like a response on this from any community managers, if I'm being thrown for a loop I'll go back to EA Help.

I would also like to clarify - this is in connection with my Xbox account. I do have a 2nd PC account that I got once the game was free with EA Play, but it was more or less a test account to mess around on. The actual problem occured on my Xbox MUT account.

EA Help (Case# 245914228) told me they cannot assist and to post here for a Community Manager to investigate. I have provided side-by-side proof of the pack description (1 of 10) vs. the actual options (1 of 4). I am missing champion selections from using 64 Solo Season Tokens. I hope this isn't' rude, but I saw you had a community manager tag so I'm going to add those who I see. I honestly feel like i'm being sent on a loop. 

EA_Aljo​  EA_Kent​  EA_David​ - I apologize in advance if i tagged you incorrectly or against any rules. I just want my problem solved. This seems to be a problem that's been addressed in these forums numerous times from 1 quick search.
