Sugar Rush Event Not Granting Rewards
I just played and won 10 sugar rush cpu events, as the reward was supposed to be Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie. Upon finishing the event all it gives me is carrots.

I just grinded through the Sugar Rush CPU event and completed it with 10 wins only to not receive the promised reward for winning 10 games. It is very frustrating as these games were time consuming. Hoping there could be a fix. Also hoping I can still receive my reward as I do not want to go through the trouble of wasting hours for it to possibly disconnect me from EA servers.
As did I, and no event reward pack. Did all of the tricks to get it to register: bought some packs, started a new CPU event and quit and finished it, played a challenge, and nothing... hours spent for this card.
And I never seem to get EA Support to actually recover missing content. Not in years now.
Im on EA Play on PC.
