ZERO CHILL: THE SEASON OF WINNING TAKING MY TOKENS AND NOT COUNTING MY WINS

I had purchased at total of 3 tokens to play the event after Christmas. I plsyed on 26th and submitted a token and won the game. Afterward it didn’t get a win and it immediately started me at teir 1 and I didn’t get my token back. I contacted support and they told me it would be fixed and be patient. I waited a week and nothing from support or no fix. I was playing the event after Christmas t to get snow and get the player for winning 9-10 games along with the snow I would use later. After waiting I had to use my own snow currency I was saving and spend real money to compensate me waiting. After reaching support I kept hearing samething and ended up missing out on the Mike Evan card because the event reset. I then tried my second token smd once again won and didn’t count my game and started me at teir 1 and took my token. Still no fix or my token back or snow reward and nothing from ea. today bring almost 2 weeks later I tried my teir 3 token and won again and once again took my token and didn’t give me any rewards and started me at teir 1. I obviously don’t be able to get the sterling sharp and have used my snow that I was saving g and was gonna earn snow from the event. Not only that samething g happen with my gauntlet token last week after 1 game. I’ve patiently toy waited for a fox and have contacted support many times for sometging to be done since I spent real and game currency because of this problem. EA  I’ve waited almost 2 weeks. I have some videos to show from my PlayStation I jus want this fixed
