Crashing Issue Still Persists

Day 2 of posting this crashing issue that makes it so I cannot play a game I’m forced to keep. Asked Xbox for a refund because the game is broken and was denied. It’s been 3 weeks and I’m unable to play anything because my game crashes all the time resulting in a loss. I will keep posting this issue until it is fixed. 2.7 stars and falling on Xbox store. Cannot believe EA can just release a broken game. They knew this was an issue when they released it but still did. Insane stuff.

This is happening to me as well. I've used every tip online and nothing helps. EA seems to not care. It only happens with there games

Day 3 of posting this crashing issue everyday until they fix it. I’m forced to keep a broken game because Xbox won’t give me my money back to EA is forced to see my posts everyday until it is fixed. Got on to play a game to try to keep up with the field pass challenges and lagged out during the kickoff. Fix this issue it is insane that this game was allowed to be released while it does not work. I play on the series X and it happens to no other game so it’s obviously EAs issue. Please fix this, I spent $100 on a game I cannot play.

This game is unplayable. I crash in MUT, H2H, Franchise and practice mode. When will this be resolved?

Day 4 of posting this crashing issue every time it crashes. EA can move all my posts into one discussion but can’t fix the issue lol. Was 30 seconds into my first head to head game of the day and crashed. I spent $100 on a game that does not work and nothing is being done about it. This happens on no other game so EA has no place to say this is our fault. Fix your game it’s been almost a month since release and I’m unable to play a game I spent money on. But no they keep just pushing out more packs and players so they can make more money. 

Day 5 of posting this crashing issue. Trying to do my daily challenges so I can finish the field pass I spent money on and I can’t even play one game. Crashed in the first quarter. EA if you’re reading this please give me my money back as you released a game that does not work. I have a Xbox series X so this should not happen and it happens on no other game. Company is a scam. Only thing I’m able to play is solo challenges cuz it’s fine if it crashes during those but I’ve done them all. Fix your game it’s been a straight month of the game not working. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again I will never ever purchase another EA game.

After probably over 100 crashes I have finally convinced Xbox to give me my money back. I have posted on every X post Madden has made and posted many times in the forums that the game is broken for so many. It’s been a month now with no fix. I will never be buying another EA game and I encourage others to do the same! And a thank you to EA for compiling all my posts into one discussion instead of just fixing the issue!

This has been an absolute nightmare for me too. It’s a shame there’s only dozens of people talking about it instead of thousands. This isn’t the first year this has been a problem for me…and it’s been fixed before in prior years. Now here we are too much of a minority for it to even be that big of a deal. Sure I’ve owned every madden for 30 years 💯 but who cares about my mvp subscription and love for this game when I’m just one wallet among millions of players. Who cares if there are a few people talking about their consoles just shutting down. Ranked is a nightmare with this crap. 6 of my 9 losses are from my console shutting down with the game fully in hand. Playing squads which is one of my favorite things to do in mut is even worse. Xbox shut off with no overheat message in the 1st quarter so I can wait around for 25-30 minutes to sit on the edge of my seat hoping it doesn’t happen every game the rest of the night. Even solo seasons is a disaster. Playing through 11 games just to have it turn off and now it’s time to beat the cpu 13 more boring games. It’s all unacceptable. It’s all beyond disheartening and at this point I’m at my end. Xbox series x are $900. I’m starting to worry this unstable game is about to force me into buying a new console before I know it. This is unacceptable and it needs addressed by the devs and the forum admins to get some results.  More than a copy and paste bs message….10th night in a row this has ruined my night and wasted my time….LFG EA figure it out!!!
