Hi there,

I’m sorry to hear you're experiencing audio issues with Madden 27 on PC.

Please check if Windows has swapped the audio device specifically for Madden in your sound mixer. You can open your output device list by pressing Win + Ctrl + V.

I also recommend disabling all other unused audio inputs and outputs.
