Premium Team Pass Locked Hours After Purchase

Case #252704723 Madden 27 Premium Team Pass purchased for 1000 points on 8-13 at approximately 11:14 AM. I had previously purchased the Early Access Team Pass & completed it on 8-12-26. I was prompted to again pick a Team, which made me think this was the Team Pass for Season 1. The higher point cost & increased stages to the rewards confirmed this. 

I made the purchase & received the Instant Rewards; Hail Mary Pack & The Rare Raiders Chant Background. This is proof of my purchase, along with confirmation of points purchased from Microsoft. The Rare Background is unlocked & can be equipped currently from my inventory. 

After spending some time browsing features, I logged out. I returned approximately 2:10 pm, shortly after Official Launch. I was again prompted to pick a team. This I deemed suspicious, as I had already purchased the Premium Team Pass. However, the Team Pass was now LOCKED, & I was prompted to upgrade from Free to Premium. Apparently the Official launch somehow disrupted my Premium Team Pass.

I am either due a refund for Team Season Pass or the Team Season Pass must be unlocked. How can this case be closed without resolution? The screenshots clearly show the Instant Rewards offered are in my inventory,  proving the purchase. Thank You for assistance with this matter.
