Hey, folks

Update: After review of the challenges, we've made changes that have helped in some cases, but we are continuing to look into the remaining reports.

For those on Xbox, can you go into Manage Games and delete the reserved space and profile data? Then reboot the console and log back in? I have seen some issues with other similar games, and these seem to help. Make sure you delete only from the console, though.

    Solo Challenges don’t work

    Happens everyday, have opened 7+ cases and my game has been broken since Madden 26

    I’ve tried uninstalling in previous years, creating new lineups, everything. Nothing works
