Challenges are not loading but game still runs

Hey everyone,

yearly post for me now… challenges won’t load for me but the game still runs in the background. I get the honor of listening to their soundtrack as an MVP member and it’s great not being able to play the game. Everything else works just fine. I click on challenges and then it “freezes” but not a true freeze. This happened to me on cut as well this year and both games last year. I have even purchased a new xbox within the last year so I know that’s not the problem. It was fixed after months of trying last year and I just want to find the same group of people with this problem. Please help me
