Anyone else have an issue with random weather?

So every time I pick random weather the weather that is chosen is always just windy, I have chosen Random Weather I'd say over 100 times and I have never gotten anything other than just a really windy game, if I want snow or rain I have to manually choose it. I have confirmed this happening with at least two of my other friends as well. Anyone else experiencing this issue? And if so let's try to get EA to fix this!
