Banned from Madden after transferring coins to another account
The EA Customer Support is horrible. My brother and I have been banned from Madden on both of our accounts. He bought packs using my credit card and bought stuff on the auction house, including stuff to make the Most Feared NATS. I made him give me all of the coins and we were both banned from coin distribution. While I think that in itself is stupid, the ban message says we are banned from the auction house and trade block. This was on Halloween, and we are unable to play ANY Madden game modes. My mom and me have both tried to contact EA. We have made 2 cases, both of which were "resolved" and then "closed" with nothing changing or us receiving anything besides a generic auto email. We have also gone through 3 phonecalls, each of which we were put on hold for over 3 hours. Nothing came of those either, and we have even tweeted and messaged EAHelp on Twitter. We have been trying for over a week to get this resolved with no answers at all. I do not know what to do at this point and am extremely frustrated.

This is an unfortunate story to read and strongly advise contacting our Terms of Service team to inquire further on this. Only they have the ability to remove bans and suspensions on accounts.
