Black circle with suggestions

I get this black circle that pops up randomly while on defensive mostly. It pops up on the middle of the screen....which then blocks my view. I've turned off pop ups but it still shows up. How can I ...

I'd guess the solution for this issue is to search for the 'Coaching Tips' option in the settings and turn it to 'off' (see screenshot; I took from the MUT menu playing on PC but I assume it should be there in the main settings too).
