My auction house has a lock on it and I can’t trade or sell the cards. Contact ea support they said that the TOS team was looking at it and they would email me back. Never emailed me back and I was never emailed that I was banned or suspended and they are supposed to email that too. Ea sucks so bad I’m definitely not getting the next one

How long ago did you contact them and on what date did you originally get an email from them regarding this action? The team is currently experiencing higher than usual volume due to some recent actions on accounts, so while throughout the year they average a turnaround time of 5 +/- business days, right now it may take a little bit longer than that based off what we've been seeing from other players.

I never got an email that I got banned or suspended. And I contacted ea help and they said they escalated it to the TOS it’s been 4 days now I think. No reply and I’ve been blocked from auction house and can’t sell my players, but I can play head to head the game so might be temporary thing
I haven’t done anything I buy packs and sell the players that’s all. So I think I got banned for no reason. No email to me I got banned and no reply thanks ea. I play your game and buy packs and this is how I get treated. Been a member for 4-5 years now
It’s been blocked for about i week now I contacted ea help like a day or two after because I never seen that happen before
