Can’t use in game currency

    Hey everyone, 

    If you're still running into this same error can you share a bit more info so we can pass this along? 

    - Which platform do you play on? 

    - What is your Xbox Gamertag, PSN ID, or EA Account ID? 

    - When did you first start seeing this error?

      @EA_Kent Are we going to be compensated for all the promos we are missing out on? I've spoken to EA too many times and they just tell me to wait for it to be fixed. I've talked to friends on Xbox and no issue, sounds like it is an issue between EA/Playstation.

        nah bro it’s on xbox too, And same thing as everyone else buy one pack than error can’t buy anymore, Ea rlly just telling everyone that they gonna forward it to the Team meanwhile they ain’t. My Gamertag is: YetheKing
