i just got madden 17 and when i started it up i was asked to sign into an ea account that i have not used in a very long time, i tried to use the forgot password tool but when i tried to log into the old yahoo account i see that it had been terminated due to inactivity. i have a ea account that is up and running but i cant seem to find a way for the game to let me enter a new email address. so my question is, is there a way for me to enter a new email address when logging into an ea account for madden 17 on xbox one?

How do I link a different EA account with my PS4? It remembers my old one that I used years ago but doesn't give me an option to put in a new one in when playing madden. The problem is the old account is on an email that I don't even use nor remember the password for. My PSN is linked to my new email which confuses me why madden would still bring up the old email/ea account, when I have a new one I could use that matches my PSN. Anybody know how to help?

What is up with these clowns in EA!?!?!? Everyone is asking how do we change our email (in game) which it doesn't appear we can do and all they say is go to origins.com to change your password. And to top it off when your trying to get help from ea game advisor, it says will reply in under 5 minutes and i'm stuck waiting for 3 hours. Get it together EA!!!!

This was not helpful at all. I checked your links, and I'd rather email you and get an answer, but you so conveniently didn't add an email address.

Call back hasn't worked in two days, live chat doesn't seem to work on any of my browsers (Chrome, Firefox, or IE), so I was left with email.....Now to hunt down an email address!

Edit your information in the Origin client

Launch the Origin client and log in.

Click your username and then click Edit My Profile under the space for your avatar image.

Click Edit beside "Basic Information."

Answer your security question or enter your Login Verification code to confirm your identity.

You can edit your name, username/Origin ID, email address, or date of birth.

Edit your information on ea.com

Go to ea.com and log in.

Click your username, then My Account.

Select the About Me tab.

Click Edit beside "Basic Information."

Answer your security question or enter your Login Verification code to confirm your identity.

You can edit your name, username/ID, email address, or date of birth.
