When I was opening my reward packs for MUT I accidentally hit back and now when I go into ultimate team and click create ultimate team nothing happens. It’s basically stuck on the same screen and I cannot advance any further with my team. Please help if you’re experiencing the same sort of issue!

Have you had the chance to try shutting down and restarting the game to see if that prompts you to finish opening the packs or lets you create your Ultimate Team?
EA Staff (Retired)Yes, I’ve tried shutting the game down multiple times, shutting the console down, and even did a hard reset on my console. Nothing has changed.

This is where I’m stuck at. I can’t advance and if I go back it takes me to the madden main Home Screen. I have no way to access the ultimate team main screen or anything.
I am in the exact same scenario expect my game crashed once I completed the mission. I had my friend check my progress in the mission and it said I had 0 stars. I can still access the MUT store but that is it

I even deleted and redownloaded the game to see if that would fix the issue
Same here. So far nothing I’ve done has worked and I’m just about out of things to try. I contacted EA and their response time says 72 hours…

Is there any progress on how to move past this issue so I can play ultimate team?
