CANNOT DO ANY CHALLENGES ULTIMATE TEAM

Any time I try a challenge it says "Our servers cannot process your request" and it backs out to the main menu. Whats the deal, I payed 90 Dollars for the "Ultimate Edition" or whatever and I cannot even play the game. Nothing works, Solo battles, challenges, not anything. I need this to be fixed or someone to help me with how to fix this.

    Hey @BonesEnjoi When you have a moment can you try the following steps and check if you continue getting that message?

    • Close other running games or apps, (for Series X|S also close others running in quick resume) 
    • Remove any connected device, or additional USB's from the console then restart the Xbox and check
    • Check for updates 
    • Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides 
    • Open you're Xbox NAT Type
    • Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)  
    • Remove then Readd Gamer Tag to console 
    • Persistent Storage 
      • Go to settings > Select Device & Connections > Then Blue-Ray 
      • Select Persistent Storage > Clear Persistent Storage 
    • Alternate Mac: 
      • Go to settings > Select General  > Then Network settings 
      • Go to advanced settings > Alternate Mac address > Select clear 
      • Select restart

    PSN ID or Gamer Tag:
    Type of Network being used:

    Date/time issue occurred:

    What were you doing when it happened?

    What was the last action you completed before it happened?

    How often does the bug occur? 

    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 

    Also, include any troubleshooting, Screenshots/Clips you might have: 

  • Game is broken gets worse every year im about to ask for my money back I can't even play the game at this point

    Type of Network being used: Ethernet

    Date/time issue occurred: August 28th

    What were you doing when it happened? The first time I had an issue was when I logged onto my second account and started a fresh Ultimate Team on a second profile

    What was the last action you completed before it happened? I had just logged into another account, and started a second ultimate team

    How often does the bug occur?  Every time I play

    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm convinced mine is occurring because I have my main account linked to the same profile as my other 2 accounts, all 3 of these accounts are giving me issues. I can be logged into my main account and it thinks I'm on my alt account and vise versa. I tried unlinking those from the email it's linked to but I was unable to and have contacted EA support and they are unable to do anything, they keep telling me its a known issue and to wait "sometime"

    Also, include any troubleshooting, Screenshots/Clips you might have: My game was running fine until I made a 2nd ultimate team, ever since then, 3 of my 5 accounts have had the same Shared Season Pass level, they have been super glitchy, sometimes I will do a challenge and its not even the team that I have, it will be one of my other accounts team, even though I'm logged into my main account, it will be a completely different team once I get into the challenge but not when I am at the Ultimate Team Main Page where i can view my team/auction house and all that stuff.

    Just logged in for the first time since August after quitting due to this bug and it still exists, I cannot play any challenges on X S edition on my main account but they work on the Xbox One Edition.

    Also none of this worked, my actual game is legit bugged, tomorrow I will ask for a refund.

    When I am about to play a challenge it shows 1 or 2 of my accounts on my xbox, it shows them as being online when they are not online. Then when I try to hit play challenge I get disconnect and server cannot process this request error.
