Cannot Find Full Player Editing on the xbox 360 Madden 17

I purchased madden 17 for my xbox 360 (have no need to upgrade just yet) and i been looking for the full player editing feature in franchise mode and i have yet to find it. am i missing something or ...

Should of just made the game only for the ps4 and xbox one if you're going to be shady and not include those features for ALL CONSOLES smh
