I cannot login to Madden Servers from my PS5 console; Every time I press R2 to login I get a "Please reset your password" instruction. I have gone through the process several times with no success. I can change my password with the link sent to my E-mail and it messages me "success". But when I try and login on the console I get an "ATTENTION" message which tells me to use online features I must be signed in to Play Station Network and signed into EA servers. I hit OK, and am returned back to the main menu screen, but I am still not able to download rosters, etc. or do anything interactive. (I am logged into the PS Network, my PSN ID even shows up in the lower RH corner of the Main Madden screen). When I go, for example, to update rosters (after going through the password update process), it takes me back to the "please reset your password" message, then I get a warning "Unkown login error occurred". And on and on, in circles I do this process with no success.I have done all of the troubleshooting, it is not a router connectivity issue, itis a LOGIN ERROR issue.Please HELP, the game purchase is a total waste without the interactivity.

I went to the site you suggested and logged in. All of my information and credentials looked good.I started up Madden, and the same thing happened again. I got the "please reset your password" message again. I even tried going through the password reset again, and after doing this for like the 10th time, still get the same message when entering Madden, in endless circles. I bought a disc version of the game for Walmart and want to return it if this cannot be fixed. I have spent too many hours trying to fix this problem. I have MLB The Show and it works flawlessly on my PS5.--Bart

WHERE IS EA SPORTS SUPPORT??I have contacted EA sports in every way possible, followed all protocol and tried several times to get into my account from the game itself, to update rosters and have internet interactivity. I can login to my account from a PC but the game does not link to my account form Play Station 5. No internet availability in collaboration with this game.NO LUCK AND NO SUPPORT AFTER A COUPLE OF WEEKS OF ACCOUNT LINK ATTEMPTS.. This didn't work. EA needs to fix this problem before they lose a lot of customers. I've been trying to get on Madden for a month now with no success and all fixes EA has doesn't work. Might want to figure out a patch to fix problem.

I'm having the same freaking problem, it not letting me sign in and I changed the password but still give me the reset password when I try to sign it

Nothing works I’ve reset my password 8 times now and same result I think I’m done with ea games
