Today I got to level 17 on comp pass and didn't receive my 50k xp that goes towards the season 3 pass, I've restarted my game and done the things that normally would fix this but have no success. Hope I can get help somehow. FYI I have done a case on this with support and I'm told it's resolved and to wait 24 hours. But in case my issue still isn't fixed by then, I'll like to have this posted in the meantime

Yea after 26 hours, my issue is still present. was told by support yesterday to contact them again if my issue was still present after 24 hours. So I did so, but no fix yet unfortunately.
I am not receiving any XP progression either. Playing on XBOX series s. Ticket number #134620295 please help!
Well I guess no MUT for me this madden.. they completely ignore this glitch.. they mention nothing about it on Twitter or anywhere else and they act clueless when u contact them. It’s as if this doesn’t problem doesn’t even exist in their eyes or they simply just don’t care. It’s sad to see what madden has become over the years
- @drews21299 there is no help. just ask for a full refund your game will not be fixed.

Look all starter missions done here. That's as far as it let's me go no xp no leveling up nanda stuck a fix is a must all the challenges were doing are we losing that xp
