Can't turn off auto-save or load manual saves in offline CFM

This is ridiculous. Auto-save kicks on every time you complete an action making everything permanent and irreversible. Offer your best player a contract and he rejects it? Tough luck for you- he'll h...

I had the same problem on XBox One, but thanks to the previous post I figured it out. 

1)  When you manually save, make sure you save as a different name than the auto-save.

2)  Click the B button to exit your Connected Franchise mode.

3)  Click RB one time to go to the Play tab.

4)  Click Connected Franchise.

5)  It'll have you on the Last Played tab.  Don't click that.  Scroll right to Resume Offline.

6)  Click your saved file.

I know this repeated some of the last post, but I figured step by step instructions might help some other people too.

How do you manually save? Pressing the pad does nothing. I cant find any option anywhere yo manually save week by week.

    I think they were just joking. Kind of like the game. A big joke filled with lies.
