Put all of the cards and elite badges into the UT Dan Dierdorf set and I didn't get him or the 10K reward. How do I get Dan?

8 Hours later have spoken to Deepak, and Sameer at Support ...Issue is still Unresolved ,
18 Hours later ... Never contacted by support via email !!! Still unresolved !
I just got credited the amount I spent to complete the set.
How long did it take for you to get credited from support ?
I have been waiting almost a week now and still nothing. Still no email, no contact, just says unresolved.
