Do you still need help with this? Have you tried unplugging the controller and right-clicking on the game in Origin to select "Repair" to see if that would help out at all?
It's important to make sure you have all the latest drivers and updates installed for your Windows PC or else some hardware could be incompatible. Search "Windows Updates" in the desktop search bar to check for pending updates.
