Didn’t receive my Nike x Run club Bo jackson

Hey This is my first madden 23 forum I just have a question.  I Finished the madden 23 Nike x run club challenge  and ran 4 miles and didn’t receive my bo Jackson. How Long until I Get My bo Jackson?...

    @JD19187566 To confirm you have till 10/11 to complete the challenge with Nike, items should arrive on 10/14. If you have already completed the challenge we would simply need to wait from here.

Hi @EA_Illium,

It is now 10/17 and I still haven’t received my NRC Bo Jackson in game. I can confirm my account was linked since I received the Aaron Donald during Super Bowl week for Madden 22. I’ve attached a screen shot showing I completed the challenge. Can I get an estimated timeframe for how long it’ll be before I receive this item?
