- I still get the unable to receive your progression information from EA servers message when trying to get onto my madden profile and after every game in franchise and every challenge in MUT

•Which game mode are getting this error in: Every online game mode.
•Yes I've had this error every since they patched the physique glitch.
When I get through the main menu loading screen, I get an error saying "We are currently unable to process your content, but will continue trying. Please contact EA customer support if this persists." Then I have no menu options to play anything except offline franchise mode.

Live-Support - @EA_Blueberry I have talked to 5 different chat agents and one phone agent. None of them can see anything wrong with my account or know why I'm having the issue.

I’m having the same problem, I don’t have a ban, I don’t have internet problems, trouble shooting didn’t work, I’ve uninstalled, reinstalled the game, I’ve hard reset my modem and Xbox multiple times. It’s a bug that’s come up in your game and youse won’t fix it or give me refund. Absolute joke of a company
