When playing face of franchise I get to the 6th game of the first season and when I start the practice it crashes and the game closes. I re-open the program and all of my progress is gone. The character is still there but I’m back to level 1 and starting the season again. I have done this twice and it crashed at the exact same spot both times.
I am on a PS4.

I have tried that and it’s still getting an error. After the last time I also dis reset the PS4 to factory settings.
I continued playing the game until I got the the part where it crashes and I simulated the practice instead of playing it. The game went on to normal for 2 more season games and then I randomly lost all of my player progress and started over at the starting character level. The game is still mid season but the character is back to a rookie.
Im also having this problem but its when I do 1 of the activities my game crashed 4 times already and ive started over 4 times like come on????
I’m glad I’m not the only one. I’m wondering if there will be a fix on the next update. I bought the game and haven’t been able to play 1 season yet.

Same here I have made to the second round of the season then it crashes and makes me a qb and it keeps happening again and again (I’m playing as a Wide receiver) so then it ruins my entire game and I have to restart
So even after the update the a problem is still there. Game crashes but now I come back into the game and my position changes from HB to QB but I game and practicing still as a HB. I just can’t update any of my stats because they are all for a QB.
