Face of Franchise Crashes

Hi @DaNabz16. 

Are you still running into this same issue when you're trying to play Face of the Franchise? Is it just freezing up, or is it crashing with an error message? If you're getting an error, what is the full message?

I am also having this issue. the game stops loading and stays at a black screen after you decide to let fate pick your team or force pick. I am on pc as well

When you have a chance can you try starting over a new Face of the Franchise and try using a different first and last name when you create your player? Do you still run into the same crashes?

Mines Freezes when it attempts to load after the airplane scene. Won't even let me exit.

Same exact thing for me. No error message. Just freezes on the “Madden 22” wording after the airplane scene. Have to force close the game.

I'm having the same issue and I've run the stupid game twice once as a hb and once as a qb even made different choices and it freezes on the madden 22 screen both times

Got the same issue, it just freeze up on the madden 22 loadong screen. Tried to skipnthe scene or just watch both resulting in the same issue. On PS5

I'm on PS5, like the others after the airplane scene. Freezing on the ea sports logo and madden 22.
