What happens when the bug occurs? Crashes everytime I pick a team
What do you expect to see? For it not to crash

My game does not crash, what happens for me on PC is that I get disconnected from the server's and returned to the main menu when I select the team I want to sign with. I've tried re-downloading the game, restarting my pc, checking that windows is up to date along with my NVIDIA Shaders. Nothing seems to fix it.
Same I'm not getting to play my guy until it is fixed if it's even fixable
- @TheBigPellowski We're you able to get this fixed? I am also on PC and EA told me they are no longer responding to my email. I was able to get to the next screen but I am not on a team and it will not allow me to proceed.
Nope , they told me to make a complaint on here . No patch , no fix, only 1 response that didn’t work my account was deleted . They gave me a 85 overall level 1 Qb. It was my name and all the info I choose it was just a reebot of my rookie year except I was a 85 overall. I had to re play the first season . This time I took the mid season deal which was disrespectful 3 years 30 million when I was leading the nfl in passing yards & TD’s . Ended up winning 2 Super Bowls with the jets then was randomly traded

Enter RAM memory size in GBSame for me... Finished the first season on XSX and upon picking my team for the 2nd season, the game locks up after I select the team I want to play for. None of them are listed as "A" teams for whatever reason. I've selected the same team that I just won the SB with and it crashes. I've selected a complete other team and it still crashes. EVERYTIME I "Continue The League" it goes right into the cutscene and I have to listen to that crap over and over and over and over again. Just to try and select a team to play for and NOPE... CRASHES.
I am having the same problem I have qb at 99 and after the first year I sign a contract and I select the team and it freezes the first time I selected the team it worked but signed me for some crazy salary of 130 m a year no one else could get signed. Really a bad problem. You should be able to negotiate contract and sign easily with the team you want too.
Agreed and it’s BS, if I’m spending $60 some odd dollars in the game why isn’t it being fixed?
Same for me in PS5 it crashes when I select a new team as a free agent in franchise mode offline mode! Can’t play anymore!

Me too, but on Xbox Series X. I've sat through that cutscene with "Sosa" telling me I can sign anywhere more times then I'd like to admit...
What I have found on previous versions is the notifications trigger being kicked back to the main menu. In previous versions you could disable notifications and everything works fine. I haven't figured out how to disable notifications in this version yet. So every achievement, etc notification knocks me back to the main menu and I have to go back in. That bug still hasn't been fixed.
Same exact thing is happening to me on PC as well. This needs to be hotfixed because the game mode isn't playable like this.
