Summarize your bug My created player is replaced during gameplay as a generic QB of the name Cooper and a different jersey number. My created player is still in the cutscenes but when I got to the College Semifinal my character wasn't playing, it was Cooper. The commentary stopped any references to my character or the storylines as it had done in previous games. The next cutscenes were my character again until the Final when the Centre/OL no 61 came off injured, which I assume is meant to be my QB rival Matthews, and the player standing by is the P (46) and not my QB. Basically my player doesn't exist as a playable character anymore.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play face of the franchise mode until college semifinal?
What happens when the bug occurs? My custom character is no longer playable but I am in control of a generic/random QB called Cooper
What do you expect to see? I should be able to play my custom made character on the field.

I have only started playing the Face of the Franchise mode today and was wanting to carry on with it but the fact my character has been replaced/disappeared has stopped me from continuing. I could start the game again but that seems like a waste of time when this shouldn't have happened. I'd like to know if there is a fix or have confidence that if I do start again that I can be guaranteed that the same issue will not happen again.
