@nellakcin I've just read in another thread that a player faced a similar bug in a Cloud Franchise game. Another player suggested to back out of the game and wait a bit, see here. Doing that solved the issue for him/her (kudos to @behemoth6six6 for reporting this workaround). Maybe worth a shot trying? hope that helps. good luck!

Summarize your bug I'm in season 2, week 16 and there isn't an option to play game or advance. It has out locks next to advance week and other options and essentially my franchise mode is dead in water until I can clear this up? Any help is welcome!

Summarize your bug The game froze after completing the NFC Championship and I had to close and reopen it, now there is a lock symbol on the advance week option and I can’t advance to the pro bowl week.
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to franchise and advance up to pro bowl week.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game freezes, then doesn’t allow me to advance the week.
What do you expect to see? The week advance to pro bowl week.

@neuroman14 I had the same problem. I just backed out, waited a bit, and it allowed me to advance. I think it just can't keep up. Idk

Summarize your bug Can't advance week, game still thinks draft is happening, replaces advance week with draft board, advance draft and pause draft, every time I press draft board, game crashes, other options do nothing

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Sim to draft in online franchise, sim draft, should not be able to advance past unless exit franchise go back in and do it very quickly
What happens when the bug occurs? game crashes to main menu of Xbox series x

I’m at work all night, so the game has been off since then, I’ll take a look when I get home. It isn’t a cloud franchise though, unless they’re using the same exact system for the FotF mode.
