[Franchise] no Practice Squad players after roster update (Sept 2nd)

So with the roster update that happened today Thursday 9/9, we load up a Franchise using the “USE ACTIVE ROSTER” option when creating it, and each team only has 53 players and no practice squad playe...

Noticed that too - they removed alot of players from the game with this roster update...what happened to the expanded rosters from the past couple of years? Another EA folly.
