Franchise Relocation Cities-- Attributes effect on your franchise?

I am wondering how the attributes of the cities you can relocate to such as fan loyalty, market size, fan interest, etc. affect your franchise? For example, does a loyal fan base stick by you more, does a larger market automatically mean more sales, etc. Another example would be, lets say I would like to move my team to Portland, a smaller market with fair weather fans, does this mean that I will never earn much revenue, affect the stadium size? And if you move to somewhere overseas such as London, are there any other effects it has? A home field advantage, etc.
