Franchise Restoration? 50% off Madden 24

I’m glad EA is working on many issues, but can we please get an update on the restoration of online franchise leagues that “disappeared” on 12/28?  

I’ve read the update a week ago about 40% of the leagues being restored and the other 60% gone forever.  Starting a new online franchise is not an acceptable solution!

It has been weeks since it has happened and atleast a week since we have had any updates on the subject.  This is really disappointing.  

I want my league back!!!!  Please give us a “new” update on the topic.

    Hi @Ye3tTheChild, 

    All players who are eligible for the discount will get an email sent to the address on their EA Account, as well as an in-game message to let them know. 

    If you see the email and the in-game message you'll be good to go for the discount. 

    Update:

    If you were an account that was eligible to get access to the Madden 24 beta due to the franchise issue you will have gotten an email sent to the email account on your EA profile. 

    I would recommend checking any spam or additional folders with rules to ensure you do not miss any communications. If you have not gotten one, you will need to keep an eye out for other opportunities as described here.

    If you did receive an email about your franchise and are unable to locate an email invite for the Madden NFL 24 beta, please reach out to our support team as mentioned in the beta FAQ.

    Q: I was impacted by the franchise save issue in Madden NFL 23. How do I get access?
    A: Make sure that the email associated with your EA account matches your primary email address. If those are matching then please reach out to EAHelp.

    How will I know if I'll actually get 50% off next Madden? In the email EA sent out recently regarding Madden Franchise Mode they said that the people still affected by the bug where you couldn't access your league would never be able to access that league and would get 50% off next Madden. I had a franchise with a friend with at least 100 hours on it that isn't fixed. I was wondering how they would keep track of that and deal out the discounts because I'm very mad right now because a franchise I had invested over 100 hours into is gone forever.

    I haven’t gotten an email n lost 2 franchise, one that was on season 4 smh, hope you guys don’t rip off a damn near lifelong customer. If you need proof check my links below “community manager”. Hope to receive this email soon as I am eligible n didn't receive one

    Have not received an email. I've looked in the Spam folder also.  All my info is correct under my EA profile.

    And what if I haven’t gotten it? Not sure how i am not eligible, when I lost two franchises.

    Anyone else get the email from EA saying if you lost your franchise, you’d get a 50% discount on Madden 24?  My question is:  how will this work?  I lost my FOTF.  I waited 3 weeks and it wasn’t working.  I posted about it on here and it was suggested I delete my franchise and start another.  EA says it was only 2% who lost it after saying it was 40 or 60% who lost it.  I feel like I’m entitled to 50% off 24 but I feel like they won’t honor my experience.

    I have lost 2 franchises in madden 23 and have not received a email yet, the friend that I was in the league with got the email but not me so I’m confused

    I haven’t yet but they should just give it to us anyway for the last 2 years of headache!! I still don’t know that I would buy it!

    Me and my friends were in season 8 of our franchise with over months of time into it since we all work. He unfortunately deleted the franchise so I have no proof and then we started a new one and that got corrupted as well. No email or anything and I'm just really confused. Is this discount not really for everyone affected?
