[Franchise] retiring mid-season on winning teams

The retirement threshold or logic needs to be fixed. Elite players at age 32 are retiring mid-season, even on winning teams. No NFL players retire mid-season [EDIT: modified thread title to improv...

@AntiHeroATX Ya it’s nearly June and I had to look up if anyone was dealing with the exact same problem and they stay haven’t fixed it. I went 16-1 with the cowboys and won the super bowl then the season after week 3 Tyron smith randomly retired mid season wtf 💀💀💀

Passed the feedback to the team around early retirements. I can see how it can be a letdown when a great player on your team (or league) calls it quits. I had that same feeling outside of Madden when Luck retired. Out of the blue!

Hopefully we can get an option to disable retirements or the logic on it can be improved where it happens on an extremely rare basis. Perhaps a slider where you can set the minimum age when retirements are allowed.
