Franchise season game crashes after conceding game, corrupts autosave data

Summarize your bug Whenever a game is conceded in Franchise Mode, it shows the loading screen, which freezes for a few seconds and crashes. When the game is loaded back up and I attempt to re-enter the file, it starts to load and then returns to the Franchise menu.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play (and end) a Franchise mode season game
What happens when the bug occurs? Game crashes and corrupts Franchise autosave file
What do you expect to see? The game should be loading back into the postgame screen.

I've lost two autosave files to this glitch and have had to use a manual save file to prevent data loss. Not only that, I can't play ANY Franchise season game without this occurring.

I take it you tried this workaround step above like you previously mentioned in your last response.

What I recommend doing at this point are the 3 following steps. Doing this will remove saved Franchises.

Uninstall the game from your console and proceed to delete all save files from the cloud via the steps above.

Power cycle your console with the steps I have below.

Perform these PlayStation troubleshooting steps related to that error code.

If you are installing the game to an external hard drive, or have one attached, de-tach it and install to the internal drive. Make sure you have all post-installation updates going to the internal for that game.

Launch the game and attempt to play your Franchise and concede a game to see if the crashing persists.

How to power cycle your PlayStation console

Touch the power button on the front of the PS4/5 for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice).

Turn it back on after 5 minutes. Launch the game.

I am also having a similar issue on PS4. All but one of my offline Franchise saves wont open.
I click the franchise I want to load, it will show a loading screen, and then it sends me back to the file selection menu.
The single file that will open is the very first auto save from the start of that same franchise.
The file that wont load is on year 4, I am playing several teams as a coach, one team as a player, and am playing as an owner for one team. The save file has the owners name listed.
The file that will load is from the same franchise, but it is my earliest save. It loads at week 1 2021. I am only playing as a player and coach.
On the files that wont load I did change multiple teams over the 4 years and add and remove teams that I controlled.
I don't know if this info helps or not. Hope to see this addressed soon though since this is an issue that again makes it hard to invest time in a franchise that could be lost.

I am unable to load franchise saves. When I select the offline franchise to load, it flashes the loading screen then returns me to franchise selection screen. I have a good franchise save that I can open just fine in week 8 of 2024. However, if I create a new save point or sim to the next week, I cannot load that new save. To summarize:
1. Franchise save "franchise" opens successfully.
2. If I create a new save point of "franchise" called "newFranchise" and then back out, "newFranchise" will not open.
3. If I sim "franchise" to the next week, "franchise" will no longer open.
Wondering if anyone else is having this issue or if EA is aware of it. I waited a long time for the scouting update to drop, and now I can't continue my franchise 3 1/2 years in.

Summarize your bug I am about five seasons in to a Chicago rebuild using the new franchise scouting patch, and today I decided to simulate the games via the slowest option in order to watch the game play out as a simulation via the broadcast camera. I was able to do this for about two games, but I began to have issues on the third simulated game. Approximately week seven or eight. After the game had finished I selected the option "finish game" in order to go back to the franchise home screen, but the game crashed. Usually this would be no big deal, but when I close the app and load back in I can't access that franchises auto-save or manual save anymore. I can click it and it begins to load, but then returns me to the screen to select which franchise to load. This glitch caused me to lose an entire franchise after slow simming games. Is there any way to recover this? If not then this really sucks...

I’ve had this EXACT same issue on Xbox One and I’ve tried everything there is to try in order to prevent it. Only thing is I can still see my franchise. But I’ve deleted my reserved space, restarted, and reinstalled my app and the glitch persists but it doesn’t if I don’t slow down any plays.

The game crashes when I am exiting out at the end of a game, then when I try to load that saved file it won't load anymore. Have tried restarting console, reinstalling game, clearing cache and it keeps happening. Has been occurring since last title update and has made Franchise mode just about unplayable
