Why are cornerbacks and safites leaving their assignments? People are running wide-open....EA needs to fix this

Cover 4 Quarters, I get that DBs get burnt peaking inside but this is egregious in my opinion. Not the only time it's happening, would be nice if this is a mechanic to have some sort of control over it.
Like under the coaching adjustments, one selection results in more INTs and plays like this, & another results in more batted passes and correctly executing the play?
