Very disappointing lack of communication again.

In fact we seem to have gone backwards on some issues.

Season - missing trophies, packs and coins

Last Tuesday a solution was identified and being tested.

This week we are no closer to a solution. 

Missing House rules rewards

No Update on this

These players are becoming obsolete, so we would expect an upgrade on these.

Competitive Pass

Missing rewards due to inability to complete via solo battles.

What compensation is the team planning to make?

I left the stream not knowing when these are being released?

Today, tomorrow, never?

TJ didnt seem overly hopeful about today.

Franchise mode

Crashes and locked out of season.

Plans to compensate players:

There also needs to be a massive in-game effort if there is an expectation that we will continue this year and next.

Conclusions:

We do not feel that these issues are a priority to EA.

Resources are obviously not being directed into the franchise and MUT issues.

I would expect a senior team member to take ownership for the issues instead of hiding behind TJ.

I feel that you guys don’t even put any thought into the cards you release at all perfect example of this is totw, Taysom hill is an 85 ovr when he had 4 tds and like a 130 yds while Travis Kelce had 4 tds but only 25 yds. Taysom also had the game sealing score on a 60 yd TD run. It just don’t make sense why he gets an 85. Another example is Dante hall, why not make edgerrin James a legend card and make Dante the aka card then he could get discounted human joystick and his x factor ability could’ve been grab an go or something like that. This is why madden is terrible and people want to pack strike. Y’all need help badly.

Season - missing trophies, packs and coins

Tuesday 4th October we were told a fix had been identified and was simply being tested before release.

Wednesday 12th - this has now regressed to an attempted fix and no assurances that rewards will be returned.

Missing House rules rewards

For some reason these are now being tied to the fix for trophy packs.

These rewards are now three weeks out of date and need to be updated.

Season 2 and Most Feared

Both programs look very encouraging but nothing has been delivered yet.

We have no reason to expect this to be delivered and receive the rewards given past history.

The company has not given us any reassurances on this.

Conclusions:

The major issues which have caused players major problems are not being acknowledged by the business owners.

These devs are such a joke. Promoting new packs so they can take our money while not delivering what we have earned. I have no trust in this trash company. Everyone that works for them is a joke. No wonder Swami left. He didn't want to be a part of this trash.

Well, to be fair, "AKA" is for players with nicknames: "Mean Joe" Greene, "Too Tall" Jones, "Broadway Joe" Namath, etc. So James fits in that group, but I'm not aware of a nickname for Dante Hall. Not saying they're isn't one, just that I'm not aware of it if there is.

I wonder if they'll have  O.J. "The Juice" Simpson? He could have a new superstar ability: the "Stab and Drive"!

Season 2 and Most Feared

The content is fantastic, hats off to the team, I'm sure there are people who could nit-pick but its excellent.

There are issues but we really appreciate the communication.

Acknowledging issues heads off our frustration and we can be patient while waiting for the team to resolve.

We don't expect perfection.

Missing Rewards

Lets see what the next few days bring.

If we receive the missing rewards and there is a gesture to update the old HR rewards, it would be a major PR win for the MUT team.
