How to reach someone with higher ranking in EA customer service.

I just spent 2 hours waiting for a customer service representive then I get the chat ended on me because i was questioning. Please let me know if there is anyone higher i can talk to because i just keep getting transfered and sent no where with ridiculous customer service. This is not the first time I was ignored on EA customer service, is actually a reason why i got scammed.  I also screen shotted the chat screen on where he exited the chat after my message just dont know how to upload it. I Spent over 100$ on madden points, and i got hacked and was trying to see ewhat they can do to help me, I had already spoke to xbox, but this is just ridiculous.

    Good luck get any help from EA. I had an easier time working with cell phone and cable customer service reps. EA just employs the ingore and redirect tactics until you give up.

    How did you even get hold of customer service? I can't even get that far?!

    have them call you instead of chat and chew them a new one till u get where u want lol that what i do
