Howie Long Club Championship Cannot Power-Up

So I just picked up the Howie Long NAT 91 Overall through the Club Championship Promo after completing all of the missions. I tried to add him to the power-up card (which it states on his card can be powered-up) and I am not able to power this card up. Anyone else having this issue? If it persists, I just wasted a bunch of training on his power-up card. Thank you

    Hi there, @ezqferg.

    We had an issue with this, but it's now been resolved. You should be able to upgrade him. Sorry for the trouble!
