- @BigboiJonah did you already complete one more game afterwards? sometimes missing rewards are triggered by doing that.
my second guess: did you already have a look at your item binder? sometimes rewards go directly there without notice.
if none of the approaches work, you might have to contact EA Help (see contact details below). they are able to track your account and hopefully will grant you the rewards if it is missing due to a bug.
