I put my Gamestop code in successfully but nothing has come through

I put the deluxe code in, and got it immediately 1 elite fantasy pack 12 gold team packs 1 uniform pack But nothing from my gamestop pre order on maddenrewards.com  Help?

How do I access the romo card from GameStop? I went to madden rewards and put the code in and said to go to ultimate team but it isn’t there
